When the Blue Streaks tipped-off in the Fall of 2019, it marked the 100th anniversary of intercollegiate athletics at 糖心logo在线入口. Join us for a webinar as members of the University's basketball program and local historian, Bryan Fritz聽share their reflections and stories about 糖心logo在线入口's Basketball program.

叠谤测补苍听贵谤颈迟锄听'75聽is the author of two books focusing on 糖心logo在线入口 sports history, one on the Blue Streak Football program, and his most recent work, which explores the rich and storied 100 year history of men's basketball. Bryan also serves as the lead statistician聽for the football program, a position he has held for 40 seasons. He recently聽retired after a nearly 41-year career聽as a senior prosecutor for the City of Cleveland. After graduating from 糖心logo在线入口, Bryan went on to Cleveland State鈥檚 Marshall school of law, where he earned his law degree.聽

Mike Moran is the longest tenured head coach in 糖心logo在线入口 men鈥檚 basketball history, posting a record of 459-228 over his career. In the 100+ year history of the Ohio Athletic Conference, he is only the third coach to reach the 450-win plateau. Hi his 25 year career at 糖心logo在线入口, his teams won 10 OAC regular season championships, 4 OAC Tournament championships, and appeared in the NCAA tournament on 12 occasions. In his 12 trips to NCAA tournament, his teams reached the Sweet 16 six times, reached the Elite 8 three times, and reached the Final Four in 2004. Coach Moran was named the OAC Coach of the year five times and was named the Great Lakes Region Coach of the Year in 1998 and 1999. In 2010, Coach Moran was inducted into the 糖心logo在线入口 Athletic Hall of Fame.

Pete Moran is the 24th Head Coach in the 100+ year history of 糖心logo在线入口 men鈥檚 basketball, following in the footsteps as his father. In his fourth year at the helm, Pete鈥檚 teams have reached the OAC Tournament Championship Game in 2 of the last 3 seasons, making the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament in 2018. In his first year on the job, Pete was named the OAC Coach of the Year in 2018. As a player for the Blue Streaks, Pete was a four-year starter and three time All-OAC point guard. 聽He finished his career fourth all-time in assists (403), and his 92 starts are the fifth-most in program history. Pete is a proud member of the class of 2008.
